Environmental control of landfills in Agder

Avfall Sør Husholdning AS

Award authority requests tenders for the provision of environmental sampling of landfills in Agder.
The service includes collection/sampling, analysis, evaluation and reporting of water samples from 10 active landfills and 12 abandoned landfills in Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder counties. See point 1.4 and Part 2 Quarterly reporting for certain landfills, annual reporting to the County Governor and in some cases to KLIF, on the basis of analyses, are also included.
The work, including sampling and analyses shall be in accordance with KLIF's guidelines TA 2077/2005 (or later editions) and Norwegian Standard (or other international standards if these exist), and the Regulations on the recovery and treatment of waste, Chapter 9, waste disposal, Annex III.
Personnel and laboratories used for environmental analysis should be accredited for the contractual work described in this tender. It is also important that the sampling methods used are adapted to the different types of tests carried out, and that the parameters to be analysed are taken into account.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Award authority requests that the work is carried out during a period of approx. 2 years, up until 31.12.2014, with a unilateral option for award authority to extend the contract for 2 years + 2 years from, and including, 1.1.2015.

Exercise of option must take place 3 months before the end of the contract period, 30.9.2014, at the latest.
