Eco system monitoring in fresh water

The monitoring programme comprises two sub-programmes.
Sub-programme acidification:
The acidification part of the monitoring programme will cover long-term monitoring of acidification effects in freshwater in Norway as a result of atmospheric deposition of long-range transboundary air pollution. The purpose of this monitoring is to provide an overview of acidification effects and geographical distribution of the effects, and changes in the effects over time due to changes in transport and deposition of acidifying substances.
Sub-programme surveillance monitoring:
The purpose of the surveillance monitoring is to evaluate the proposed monitoring design for the surveillance monitoring (c.f. the Water Framework Directive in freshwater in Norway), strengthen data for the determination of reference values for the different quality elements of standard Norwegian lake types and test new methods for status classification of Norwegian lakes in accordance with the Norwegian Guidance of Classification.

If the budget is reduced and there is not sufficient funds to implement the basic programme described in this tender document, we need to either reduce the scope of the announced programme or not implement this assignment. Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
If sub-contractors are to be used, supplier shall submit a binding declaration that they have the necessary rights over the sub-contractors' capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Supplier shall submit a brief and general description of the business, including an account of the company's mission and core activities related to the delivery, historic data and a description of current activities.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Supplier shall clarify routines for auditing and maintenance of their quality assurance system.
