Børstad sports facility, access and parking

Hamar kommune

Hamar municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall execute the following works:
— new access from FV 222 (County Road 222), the Furnesvegen road to new parking lots,
— approx. 510 m upgrading of FV 222 the Furnesvegen road between Børstadalleen and Sanglundvegen road,
— approx. 4, 2 decare new parking areas with capacity to approx. 140 lots and 9 handicap lots,
— approx. 400 m foot and bicycle paths in the area,
— strengthening the traffic area south of the school located in Børstadalleen (option),
— 1 300 m storm water drainage pipe from the area (option).
The project is a part of the project Børstad sports facility which includes expansion of Børstad comprehensive school and future sports facilities in Hamar municipality.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
