Analyses of contaminants in seabird eggs

The assignment comprises analyses of selected pollutants in previously collected seabird eggs. The samples are eggs from each of the three seabird species, herring gulls, shags and eiders. The eggs were collected from Sklinna in the Spring 2012, and are accumulated and stored for pollutant analyses. Six mixed samples were collected from each species, each mixed sample consisting of 3 eggs (a total of 18 samples). Each of the 18 mixed samples will be analysed for a range of pollutants. The project comprises analyses only. There is an option to write a report on the analyses results.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
A short and general description of the company shall be given. Including an account of the company’s business idea and core activity related to the contract, an overview of the company’s history and a description of current activity.
An account of supplier's environvmental profile or relevant certificates.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Evidence of laboratory accreditation certificate issued by the Norwegian Accreditation or equivalent. Supplier must demonstrate procedures for auditing and maintenance of the quality assurance system.
