The awarding authority can hand over its rights and obligations in accordance with the contract to St. Olavs Hospital, HIST and NTNU respectively.
The awarding authority has a right, but not an obligation, through St. Olavs Hospital, HIST and NTNU, to make use of any contract for extra orders in a period from when the contract is signed and 3 years after the handover of the last sub delivery, as this is defined in the contract.
