— approx. 13, 5 km pipe route with both water and sewage pipes, dimension up to Ø315 mm,
— pull-in of Ø125 water pipeline in the existing Ø200 pipe, length 1, 4 km,
— 50 descent manholes for water and sewage,
— 22 small manholes for sewage,
— 44 buried manholes for water,
— delivery and installation of prefabricated elevated basin, 850 m3,
— installation of 5 sewage pump stations with prefabricated superstructure,
— installation of 1 booster station with prefabricated superstructure,
— valve manhole in concrete cast in situ, 23m2, with installation of prefabricated superstructure,
— installation of 1 prefabricated operation spillway,
— delivery and installation of 4 prefabricated surge drums; 10 m3,
— establishment of access/ alignment for elevated basin and pumping stations.

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).

Foreign tenderers shall present documentation showing command of Norwegian language, knowledge of relevant Norwegian laws and regulations, standards, etc. Documentation shall be presented which substantiate the construction manager’s and Safety, health and work environment coordinator’s and their substitute’s knowledge of written and oral Norwegian language.

If a group of contractors deliver joint tender, it is required that they shall establish a Limited Company subsequent to contract formation. The company shall have sufficient share capital/financial solidity to meet the contractual obligations. Documentation in the form of written agreements between the participating companies in the group shall be presented as well as a statement of organisation in the joint company/legal unit.
