Ulstein municipality: Purchase of sheltered housing

Ulstein kommune

Ulstein municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a building and construction contract which include purchase of 12-20 sheltered housings in the centre of Ultstein. The Awarding Authority requests a mix of 2 rooms and 3 rooms housings. Minimum 3 of the housings shall have 3 rooms. The tender process is in accordance with section I and section IV in the public procurement regulations. Compare § 2-1 (6) in the public procurement regulations. The procurement is expected to be above the EEA threshold value.
