Torshov – replacement of tracks, water and sewage works, etc

The works shall be executed at Torshov in Oslo. More exactly on the stretch from Birkelunden, 1, 9 km, to Åsengata, 3, 2 km (total 1, 3 km track). See the map attached the tender notice in Doffin.
The works will include excavation, casting of concrete slab, construction of tracks and asphalt spreading.
The stretch contains a number of track technical derogations, including bottom lying track which result in reduced speed at the stretch.
Upgrading of the remaining streets (in cooperation with Oslo municipality, the Agency for Road and Transport) and water and sewage systems (in cooperation with Oslo municipality the Agency for watter and sewerage works) shall be carried out at the stretch. The contractor must be prepared that works shall be executed during the general staff holiday, from Monday to Saturday, with 2 shifts (not nights).
Kollektivtransportrproduksjon AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, will be the builder for all works.

The Awarding Authority draws attention to the fact that registration for the competition is done by sending in all the requested documentation in this notice's point III.2 as well as the attached qualification documents. After the deadline for registration has expired, the tender documents will be sent out to the contractors who are qualified. Contractors shall also fill in 1 self-declaration which is attached, including the prequalification self-evaluation form. Registration shall be sent by post, 1 paper copy and 1 electronic copy (CD, not memory stick). Please mark the envelope with”Søknad -,Torshov - utskifting av spor, VA-arbeider mm.”. Contractors shall state their name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contractor's contact person for the assignment. See also the attached qualification documents for further information.
