(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement)

Ethical regulations shall be documented by referring to a net site where the regulations are published as well as self-declaration document. The approved document shall be substantiated by presenting a complete copy of current product notifications to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and the parties included in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities area (the pension office).

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

(4) Other documentation required (please state below);

1) Information of liable person for the area public occupational pension.

2) A detailed presentation of the solidity which will be relevant and available for the customer during execution of the service as well as self-declaration showing that the presentation is based on all known conditions for the period in question

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have a financial position and freedom of action which enable him to provide the proposed service during the entire agreement and option period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below);

1) Detailed presentation of the company’s focus and business goal at public sector and accompanying organisations and plans, as well as statement from the company’s management which substantiate that this presentation is based on the company’s strategy.

The tenderer must be technical and professional qualified to provide the requested services.

Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:

1) Licensed product.

The tenderer shall have registered a public occupational to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and the parties included in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities area’s tariff range without unanswered objections.

2) Ethical guidelines.

The service provider must have settled ethical regulations for allocations of pension means. The regulations shall contribute to respect of the UN’s Convention of Human Rights. The regulations shall be noticeable for the public.

Utførelsen av tjenesten er forbeholdt et bestemt yrke: Life insurance companies with a registered public occupational pension product.
