Prequalification turnkey contract new nursing home at Bjønnes

Purpose and extent:
Nøtterøy municipality shall construct a new nursing home with 78 places for persons with dementia on the site below Bjønnesåsen residential and treatment centre with an area of 6,600 m2.
As a basis for the tender process, a room and function programme has been worked out and a sketch project has also been worked out as a possible solution that can be developed further. At the same time the contractor will be invited to come with other solutions as long as the requirements in the room programme are fulfilled.
The nursing home shall be constructed as a low energy building with energy requirements that fulfil energy mark B in the energy marking scheme.
5 contractors shall be prequalified for the turnkey contract.
