Prequal. Construction and delivery of thermal energy from seawater plant at Trondheim Airport Værnes

Avinor, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into an agreement for delivery of thermal energy by using the nearby seawater as energy source. The complete delivery shall include planning, investment, construction and management of a complete seawater plant which shall deliver water-borne heating and cooling to the airport and possibly to other activities in the area, from an external professional energy supplier.
