The Norwegian Police’s computer and material service (PDMT), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall on behalf of the Norwegian Police enter into a framework agreement for procurement of office and environmental furniture. The office furniture includes i.a. work tops with and without elevating/lowering function, office chairs, cupboards and shelves for storage, drawer sections, table monitors, cable and hard disk suspension, hat-and-coat stands, office desk lighting, post shelves and environmental stations.
The environmental furniture includes i.a. conference and meeting room furniture, canteen furniture, sitting groups (for public zones) and visitors’ chairs. The procurement also includes guidance/consultancy in connection with interior design as well as assembly of products purchased through the agreement.
The procurement is divided into two lots and the tenderers are invited to submit tenders for either one or both lot(s). Regarding the office furniture, the Awarding Authority will enter into framework agreement with one supplier and for environmental furniture the Awarding Authority will enter into parallel framework agreements with minimum 3 suppliers.
For the latter, call-offs will be decided through miniature contest if the purchase exceed 10 000 NOK. For purchases with a lower value than 10 000 NOK, the call-off will be awarded the supplier appointed as no. 1. If the no. 1 supplier cannot deliver, the call-off will be awarded no. 2 supplier and so forth.
