The works include construction of a new cultural centre in Porsgrunn – Ælvespeilet. The building will be situated along the Storgata Street between Tollboden and the Reynolds Park. The Cultural Centre comprises of 6 detached buildings which are connected by a lower roof. The detached buildings have various shapes, heights and materials which provide the settlement a requested variation and a scale adapted to Porsgrunn.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The decision regarding construction and equipment of the orchestra pit is not yet approved, but the work scope/quantities, etc. are included for each subject areas. This also applies for furnishing/equipping of the cafeteria kitchen. These conditions are subject to political discussion subsequent to evaluation of tenders. Exception from the described measures will not result in alteration of unit prices, but the rig/operation chapter will be reduced accordingly.
