Multi-purpose hall, Ålen - construction of multi-purpose hall and upgrading/extension of Ålen Community Centre.
The multi-purpose hall shall be constructed in connection with Hov School/Ålen community centre. The hall itself is located next to the community centre so that the existing community centre with wet area, community centre hall, kitchen and restaurant shall be extended and upgraded to satisfy current requirements.
The tender shall be based upon the stipulations, descriptions and drawings in the tender document. The works comprise general enterprise with outdoor works, ground works, construction-related works and complete technical enterprises.
It is possible to submit tenders for individual sub-enterprises: electrical, water/ventilationand sewage, climbing wall and kitchen before later transfer of contract to main contractor.
Main contractor will be responsible for HSE, rigging and progress.
