Helsebygg Midt-Norge

This framework agreement is for a contractor contract (all professions) for improvement measures at the hospitals in Nordmøre and Romsdal, primarily at Molde hospital in Lundavang. Kristiansund hospital and the psychiatric hospital at Hjelset (part of Molde hospital) will only have limited measures carried out.
From 1.7.2011 HNR has been merged with Helse Sunnmøre to a joint company: Helse Møre og Romsdal HF (HMR HF). Helse Sunnmøre signed framework agreements for consultants and architect professions in spring 2011 which apply for the health company’s buildings in Sunnmøre.
The framework agreements which are signed after this tender competition can also be used for buildings within the new company, HMR, as long as the actual assignments are not already covered by existing contracts. There is then a right to use this contract and not an obligation.

The project costs for the whole of the renovation project are provisionally estimated to approx. 65 000 000 NOK. There is a lot of uncertainty connected to the amount. There is, among other things, a direct dependence on when our new hospital in Nordmøre og Romsdal is completed. If the new hospital is finished later than expected, the amount will probably be greater. In addition there is a lot of uncertainty around possible inspection impositions. The uncertainty is estimated to be approx. 40 000 000 – 100 000 000 NOK in total for the project cost. If a situation occurs during the contract period where the assumptions for the extent are considerably changed, a new tender competition can be held for the extended amount.
