Tender inspection will be held 8.12.2011 at 10:00 hrs.
Notice that the tender documents will be received upon request by e-mail to the Awarding Authority with information of which contract the request applies for.
Nursing home with 64 day-and-night care places. The building comprises of 2 floors + basement below sections of the building. Bricks are chosen as outside main material, light grey-white bricks are relevant. This shall be combined with fittings in reinzink and window frames in light enamelled aluminium.
It is proposed use of kebony treated wood panelling in back sections and the building will with that appear in light colours. These materials have a positive environmental profile and will give low maintenance costs and longevity.
The sense gardens are designed with a view to that both age dementia people and wheelchair users can use footpaths with a hard surface of paving stones. The joint garden between the wings has exit from the day care unit and the living room with open fireplace. It is a large covered area outside and this area will have capacity for joint arrangements. In addition to ordinary energy supply, an UPS system based on mobile emergency power generator from power supplier shall be installed.The delivery includes general electric power installations with distribution, circuit system and lighting system. The installations shall be carried out in accordance with NEK 400:2010. The circuit system shall mainly be installed on cable racks and as concealed system.Extensive systems for ICT, fire alarm, access control, patients’ security as well as audio and image system shall be installed. For internal communication, 2 bed lifts without engine rooms shall be installed. Separate tenders for patients’ security system shall be collected, but the cabling shall be carried out by the electrical contractor.
