Framework agreement, water protection measures Molde Parking building

Molde kommune

The Awarding Authority invites to an open tender contest where the purpose is to enter into a framework agreement regarding water protection measures for Molde parking building.
Molde parking building is a facility blasted in rock and the rock is covered with gunite.
The facility comprises of 7 parking halls with a length of approx. 135 m as well as access roads. One hall (shelter) is already covered with profiled boards. The remaining halls and rear street are requested covered with a new system such as water protection measures.
The granted total frame for the project is 12 000 000 NOK including VAT. Preliminary approved money spent in 2010 is 4 000 000 NOK and 2 000 000 NOK in 2011. The remaining 6 000 000 NOK will be subject to political approval.
The project includes replacing frost protection (PE foam) in the entryway and driveway (see annex 3) and cover as many as possible square metres of the parking halls and rear street within the available amount. See the tender documents for further information.

Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The contractor must meet requirements for registration given by the public authorities.
The contractor must be up-to-date with payment of taxes and duties.
The contractor must meet statutory requirements regarding health, environment and safety (HES).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Other documentation required: Annual reports for the previous 3 years including accounts with notes as well as auditor’s report.
— this documentation requirement does not apply for Norwegian contractors. The Awarding Authority will control accounting information and key figures in the Brønnøysund catalogue,
— if the contractor finds it necessary with additional information in order to substantiate the financial position, this shall be attached the tender without requests by the Awarding Authority,
— the Awarding Authority can also require further documentation if the documents are diffuse.

The contractor must have a financial position which enables him to carry out the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
It is required that the contractor has considerable experience from corresponding works.
A good and efficient quality assurance system is required.
