Framework agreement, hiring of human resources for Safety, health and work environment works

The Awarding Authority is facing new and exciting assignments with increased focus from the society. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-10 tenderers for hiring of human resources in relation to Safety, health and work environment works. The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.
The procurement process shall be carried out as a two stage procedure, procurement with negotiations. The qualified tenderer will receive the tender documents. The qualification for participation in the tender contest shall be carried out by submitting the information requested in the tender notice, as well as the requirements given in the attached qualification documents.
Main assignments:
The Safety, health and work environment works works, included but not limited to:
— practical Safety, health and work environment works at plants,
— management of the Awarding Authority’s interface towards Safety, health and work environment assignments,
— coordination of engineering design in accordance with the Builder’s regulations so that the projecting parties are considering each other’s plans and selection of architectural and technical nature and that these are viewed in relation to safeguarding the employees safety, health and work environment at the construction site,
— coordination of the implementation stage in accordance with the Builder’s regulations so that the contractors are considering each other’s plans and selection and that these are in conjunction with the considerations of the employee’s safety, health and work environment regulations,
— establishment of necessary documentation in relation to safety, work environment and health in order to ensure the safety, work environment in relation to maintenance, alterations and demolition.
The Awarding Authority is in process of publishing several tender contests where the objective is to enter into framework agreements for hiring of human resources for various fields.
During November 2011, the Awarding Authority will publish parallel framework agreements for hiring of human recourses. The following contracts will be published: Information and neighbour contact, Environmental works, Land acquisition, Safety, health and work environment works and quality assurance works. During December 2011/January 2012, the Awarding Authority will publish parallel framework agreements for hiring of human recourses to: Project management, engineering design management, construction management.
