The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement for office furniture and fittings. The contract shall be valid for 2 years from 1.7.2011 with an option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre for 1+1 year.
The following product groups shall be included in the contract:
Sheet furniture, office.
Wall tables.
Office chairs.
Meeting room furniture.
Storage/stores.

The company’s most recent annual report with annexes including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

The supplier shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
An evaluation of the supplier’s solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be central.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on the extent, date and recipient.
An account of the supplier’s quality assurance system/control system and any copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier shall have experience from equivalent assignments.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services which shall be provided.
