Framework agreement for copy paper
Brønnøysundregistrene
The Brønnøysund Register Centre, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for delivery of copy paper. The copy paper shall be used in copy machines and laser printers. The tenderers shall submit tenders for 2 types of copy paper: - White paper; A4 80 grams. - Lemon-coloured paper; A4 80 grams. The framework agreement period is 2 years from 1.7.2011. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s).

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Other documentation required: The company’s most recent annual accounts with annexes, possibly recent information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
It is required that the supplier has sufficient economic and financial ability to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations. The supplier’s solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be vital in connection with this assessment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Other documentation required: Description of the company’s quality assurance routines and possibly documentation of certification thereof.
The supplier shall enclose an overview of experience with corresponding assignments. The overview shall contain the principal deliveries carried out the previous 3 years, values/extent, descriptions, dates and recipients.
Considerable experience from corresponding assignment provided to comparable customers is required. The tenderer shall have good quality assurance routines.
