Framework agreement for consultancy services within IT

Fjellinjen AS was established 13.2.1986. Akershus County entered as a shareholder in 1990 and currently owns 40 % of the shares. Oslo municipality owns the other 60 %. The company started the toll money payment in Oslo in February 1990. The company is in charge of the sub financing of the Oslo packages 1 and 2.
In March 2008 the Norwegian Parliament approved Oslo package 3. Oslo package 3 involves the administration and operation of toll money collection in Oslo and Bærum up until 2027. At the same time, the company shall finance any advance payments for development by taking up a loan. The company has recently had operational income of approx. 2 200 000 000 NOK. The total operational costs make up more than 10 % of the income. Oslo package 3 is a financing plan for a forced development of the main road network and public transport network in Oslo and Akershus.
Fjellinjen has several exciting challenges in the coming years. It is therefore important that the company has good consultants who will support our activities and development of the company in the future.
Fjellinjen will enter into a framework agreement with 1-3 companies for continuous consultancy and assistance within IT services.
In general, Fjellinjens’s need for assistance can be divided into 3 service areas:
1. Consultancy services for project management;
2. Consultancy services for technical architecture – operation and improvements;
3. Consultancy service for general IT consultancy – efficiency improvements, strategy and organisation;
