The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement for storage solutions. The framework agreement shall be for 2 years with an option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for up to 1+1 year. The options will be automatically taken up if notice is not given on the contract 1 month before the option period is to commence at the latest. The Brønnøysund Register Centre has a unilateral option to extend the framework agreement for 1+1 year.The estimated value of this procurement is approx. 7 500 000 NOK excluding VAT over 4 years. This estimate must be seen as an unbinding estimate. The amount will be according to real need.The Brønnøysund Register Centre can develop new trade systems for the register during the contract period. We reserve the right to announce the need for procurements of storage capacity connected to this as a separate procurement. As it is very uncertain if such an assignment will be realised, and whether this will be announced as a separate contract or as call-offs on this contract, it is not included in the estimated amount above. However we estimate that such an assignment alone will amount to several million Norwegian crowns.7 500 000
