The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement for storage solutions. The framework agreement shall be for 2 years with an option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for up to 1+1 year. The options will be automatically taken up if notice is not given on the contract 1 month before the option period is to commence at the latest. This estimate must be seen as an unbinding estimate. The amount will be according to real need.The Brønnøysund Register Centre can develop new trade systems for the register during the contract period. We reserve the right to announce the need for procurements of storage capacity connected to this as a separate procurement. As it is very uncertain if such an assignment will be realised, and whether this will be announced as a separate contract or as call-offs on this contract, it is not included in the estimated amount above. However we estimate that such an assignment alone will amount to several million Norwegian crowns.7 500 000

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The company’s last annual accounts and annexes, or recent information which is relevant to the company’s accounting figures.
If a supplier has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be provided, or if the financial situation has changed considerably since the last submitted annual accounts, the supplier can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. If a supplier has such a valid reason, written contract shall be made with the awarding authority in order to clarify which other documentation can be accepted. The Brønnøysund Register Centre reserves the right to obtain their own credit rating of the suppliers.
