Framework agreement events and film production

Gassnova has a need to enter into a framework agreement with a company that can help us arrange various conferences, seminars and other major arrangements. We are looking for a partner that has relevant and broad competence and that can refer to experience from major arrangements for actors in the oil and gas branch. Experience is required from assignments arranging major openings for new plants etc. The need will be a proactive and professional cooperation partner that can assist Gassnova with total responsibility for various arrangements with a view to project management and planning/implementation. Programme and facilitator assignments for meetings etc. as well as contracting and follow up of all necessary sub deliveries. Furthermore Gassnova will have a need for assistance to arrange press seminars, workshops etc.
The first call-off on the framework agreement will be the official opening of the CO2 Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM), which is planned for the start of May 2012. We envisage several different arrangements in connection with marking the opening; an opening ceremony and dinner with representatives from the government as well as several central international persons and companies, implementation of major subject seminars and conferences etc. The technology centre at Mongstad is the world’s largest plant for testing and developing technology for CO2 catchment and it is a spear point in Norway’s comprehensive commitment to handling CO2. TCM shall be an important means in the work with the improvement of technology for CO2 catchment, where two international leading technology suppliers are now starting testing out their technology. Gassnova would like to use the start up and opening of the technology centre to market the world’s largest and most modern test centre for technologies connected to CO2 catchment, both nationally and internationally.
Gassnova would also like a cooperation partner for the development of a film that visualises the CO2 handling chain, with particular focus on transport and storage of CO2. The whole of/parts of the film shall be used in various connections, including conferences and presentations, the opening of the TCM etc.
