The Educational Platform (LMS) shall be the digital educational meeting place for students, employees and parents/guardians. The platform shall allow the users to obtain digital educational resources and get access to tools and office support products. The platform shall also provide access to and enable users to share their saved files/documents. The users shall also have access to their e-mails, SMS and chat programmes through the platform. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure. Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Implementation ability – personnel.
It is required that the supplier substantiates good ability to carry out the assignment in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s requirements. It is therefore required that the supplier has sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation:
Overview of number of employees with competence in special/important subject areas related to implementation of this delivery, operation and further development of the system.
Requirement: implementation ability – equipment.
Overview of the equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment available in connection with implementation of this delivery.
Requirement: Experience from equivalent assignments.
It is required that the supplier has adequate experience from corresponding assignments and extent.
The supplier must fill in annex 4 – reference form regarding the 3 principal, relevant deliveries carried out the previous 3 years, including extent (number of man-labour months), values, dates and awarding authorities or recipients.
