Statens lånekasse for utdanning

Statens lånekasse for utdanning (Lånekassen) is carrying out an open tender contest with a view to enter into an agreement for the purchase of electronic signature solution with related archiving service. The solution must support advanced electronic signatures as defined in eSignaturloven § 3-2 (the eSignature law), and selected eID suppliers for signatures in accordance with the requirement specifications. eID with related services is not part of this procurement. See attached requirement specification for further details.

The public sector has, in paralell with Lånekassen, started work that will enable them to offer an electronic signature solution. To be able to co-ordinate the public sector's services and purchase of a solution, it might be relevant for other public enterprise to join the solution/agreement that Lånekassen shall establish, alternatively it might be relevant to transfer the agreement to other public enterprises. In the event of a transfer of the agreement, it will similarly be applicable to all public agencies that offer electronic services to join the agreement and take advantage of the services obtained from this procurement.
