Rogaland county and Hordaland county, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite companies to an open tender competition for the procurement of an electronic learning platform (Learning Management System, LMS). Each county will enter into a separate contract with the chosen suppleir.

Rogaland county owns 29 sixth form colleges. Rogaland county aims to have a sixth form learning offer of high quality adapted for everyone between 16 and 21 years and one of the focus areas is increased learning outcomes and completion.The evaluation of pupils' learning and the digital college are commitment areas that have been particularly emphasized in recent years. There are approx. 16 000 pupils and approx. 2 500 employees in sixth form colleges in Rogaland. Our LMS system currently has approx. 25 000 users. In addition we are considering to take in apprentices and teaching companies which consist of approx. 4 000 users.Hordaland county owns 46 sixth form colleges and one county college. The main aim for sixth form college learning in Hordaland is increased learning outcome and completion. The evaluation of pupils' learning and the digital college are commitment areas that have been particularly emphasized in recent years. There are approx. 18 000 pupils and approx. 2 800 employees in the sixth form colleges in Hordaland. Our LMS system currently has approx. 25 000 users. In addition we are considering to take in apprentices and teaching companies which consist of approx. 5 000 users.
