E6 Havnekrysset - Kvithammar (S-E-7)

This contract is part of the road project E6 Trondheim - Stjørdal. The contract covers the stretch from the newly established roundabout at Havnekrysset (approx. per. 2780) and north to the Kvithammar (about per. 5200). Approx. 2570 m 4-lane E6, with central reservation, will be built on said stretch.
A plan divided intersection with Fv. 38 shall be constructed at Kvithammar incl. ramps, two roundabouts and flyover of E6. Further, corresponding flyovers (L=approx 50m) shall be built over E6 for Vikanvegen and for new cross-connection to Sutterø.
The existing bridge at E6 of Gråelva shall be demolished, and new parallel bridges shall be built (L = approx. 50 m) for 4-lane road.
Construction work includes approx. 1500 m local roads and 2100 m of pavement or separate foot and cycle paths. Parts of these shall be built as combined foot and cycle paths and access roads.
At fv. 38 a new layby shall be built, as part of the contract.
Also included in the contract is relocation of wires/pipes, cable and noise reduction work and construction of green areas.
Preliminary engineering design indicates that construction work will involve approx. 100 000 m3 excess masses.
Most of the roads will be built outside the existing routes. At each end of the section, as well as parts of the work with adjacent local roads, will however affect the existing road network. There are strict requirements for traffic management and respect for the environment in connection with the work.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
In connection with this turnkey contract there is included a possible option for the remainder of the works in the immediate area of the site package in this contract. This can generally be preparatory to later enterprises, measures for the road system which can increase mean traffic flow due to traffic deiversion etc., as well as other required measures. Options may be used in this turnkey contract for, amongst other things, necessary detailed engineering design and completion (tables and chairs) of the layby at Kvithammar, new foot and cycle path over Gråelva (Havnevegen), planting/design of central islands for roundabouts in Havnekrysset and Halsøenkrysset, as well as facade work for residences where noise screening is not sufficient. The option shall not be priced but the main contractor’s unit prices/hourly rates in connection with this contract shall be used as far as this is transferable.
