The Ministry of Labour, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, would like to enter into an agreement regarding assessment of the IA agreement and the protocol to the IA agreement.
The assessment shall be carried out as a research project and shall assess the achievement of the goals, initiation and implementation of the various measures.
The project shall be prepared as a consequence assessment on how the various measures were initiated as well as how they developed over time.
The Awarding Authority aims at initiating the project within 1.7.2011 in such a way that the assessment can follow the development from effective date of new amendment to the working environment act and the national insurance act in connection with the IA agreement. Final assessment report shall be presented within 1.6.2013.
