The consignment includes the delivery of the necessary tools for surveying, reporting and analyzing of the National Library’s news coverage.The National Library has 400 employees.The service shall include:— An unlimited number of user licenses, user training, and helpdesk/support services,— The surveillance of local, regional and national media including ether media, electronic media and printed media. The surveillance of global media when required,— The surveillance of social media and blogs,— A media net portal for the distribution/shipment of news clippings, production of reports and of media analysis,— A quick and continuous delivery of media clippings,— The tools for media reporting and analysis.The contract value below contain in addition to the original two year contract period, an optional two year prolongation period.1 200 000
