A two year contract for consecutive purchases of media surveilance services

The National Library of Norway wants a daily update on the public news coverage of the institution itself, the library sector in general and on other specifically defined subjects throughout a wide spectre of Norwegian mass media. Through continuous online reports and an accessible clip archive we want to gain an overview and the analysis of our news coverage and its effect on the library’s esteem.
On this basis The National Library wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier of continuous media surveillance services and press clipping services.
A complete detailed description of the services in demand may be found in amendment 1 to the contract document: "Specification of demands" and the enclosed "contract document". (All documents may be found as electronic amendments to this announcement on doffin.no).
The contract period will be two years from the signing of the contract, with an option for prolonging the contract period by an additional two year period if the customer should make such a demand. The total contract period could therefore reach four years as a maximum.

The contract will have a duration of two years dating from the signing of the agreement.
There is an option for prolonging the contract period by two additional years if the customer should demand so.
The maximum contract period will therefore not exceed 4 years.
