154/2010 – Parallel framework agreements: reception of clean and polluted excavated masses

The awarding authority will require disposal of excavated masses from construction sites, subsequent to execution of maintenance and investment assignments. The excavated masses shall be delivered to an approved disposal site. The awarding authority wishes to deliver day and a night, also sundays and holidays.
The awarding authority wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with minimum 3 service providers, provided that there are sufficient numbers of suitable providers and tenders.
It is expected that the annual requirements will be approx. 55 000 tonnes of non-polluted masses, 20 000 tonnes of polluted masses and 5 000 tonnes of heavy polluted excavated masses (hazardous waste).
The listed quantities are to be considered as information, only. The awarding authority reserves the right to adjust the quantities in accordance with altered requirements.

In order to register for participation in the tender contest, download tender documents and receive additional information, the tenderers are asked to visit Oslo municipality’s procurement portal: https://tjenester.oslo.kommune.no/ekstern/anskaffelser/konkurranser.htm. The awarding authority will make use of Oslo municipality’s procurement portal in connection with administration of the tender contest until the deadline for receipt of tenders. This may for instance involve corrections of the tender notice and/or the tender documents, including alterations of the tender deadline and answers to questions from service providers. The service providers who are downloading the tender documents from Oslo municipality’s procurement portal will automatically receive notification through e-mails of additional information from the awarding authority. Service providers obtaining tender documents from other sources than the portal will not receive notifications regarding additional information and must themselves obtain access to this information. It is therefore required that all tenderers themselves download the documents from the portal. In order to get access to information, the tenderers must be registered as contractor.
