Project management assistance.
Statsbygg has undertaken a competition and evaluated supplier and samhandling for the introduction of an electronic interaction. The product portfolio is to be considered as a framework of the system modules within the enterprise portal and document administration, also called ECM – Enterprise Content Management. This tender for project management assistance is to support our internal project manager with solid professional competence within these areas and follow-up of the chosen supplier’s delivery of the installation of the platform.
The assignment is expected to have a duration of 10-16 months.

Qualification requirements.
Tenderers must have a legally established company, and secure ability to carry out the assignment.
Documentation.
1. Company account, foreign companies must have the equivalent documentation in accordance with the laws in the country where the company is registered.
2. Overview of relevant manpower to be used for this assignment.
Tax information.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payments, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from the one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form in the tender documents.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1. Tenderer shall give an account of at least 3 reference projects executed in the last 5 years. The accounts shall include information of the reference assignments’ nature, extent and complexity, size of the assignment, date of execution and reference person. Potential written references from previous award authority to describe how the contractual work was executed.
