St. Olav Hospital HF

St. Olavs Hospital would like to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of control material for existing instruments and analysis repertoire at several laboratories. The framework agreements will be for a 2 - two year period with an option for an extension of up to 1 – one + 1 – one year. The contracts will run from the day they are signed.
A framework agreement will be signed with one or several suppliers for a 2 year period (1+1) with an expected contract start 31.1.2012. Valid for the following laboratories:
1. Department of medical biochemistry, general biochemistry section and special biochemistry section (AMB).
2. Department of immunology and transfusion medicine (AIT).
3. Department of clinical pharmacology (AFK).
The laboratories at Røros and Orkdal hospitals are also included.
None of the existing contracts run beyond 2011.
The transition date for the various control materials will vary depending on the existing stocks.
Due to practical reasons, the requirements and annexes are per department.
Based on previous years’ procurements, an unbinding estimate is in annex B2 Product and Price Overview (2 sheets/tabs). The estimated amount in the contract period is approx. 4 500 000 NOK.
