The armed forces intends to enter into a framework agreement which shall cover the armed forces' need for rainwear. The tender documents apart from annex 3 are available on Doffin. Annex 3 (Technical Specifications) as well as a sample which shows the textile quality will be sent upon request to sigolsen@mil.no.
