A service that can be offered players and relatives for carrying out anonymous self-tests. The service must be openly available on the providers website via a link from www.norsk-tipping.no. Everyone who wants to carry out the self-test is anonymous and the service should not require any kind of identification.
The self-test must be based on recognised standards for gambling responsibility, i.e. either PGSI — Problem Gambling Servers Index or CPGI — Canadian Problem Gambling Index.

Norsk Tipping shall enter into 1 framework agreement or 2 framework agreements on counselling services for responsible gambling activities The contract includes the production of content for e-training, counselling and analyses in relation to Norsk Tipping's products, services and responsibility framework with regards to preventing negative consequences of gambling problems and dependency.
The requirement is divided in 2 service areas and tenders can be submitted for 1 or both areas.
