The Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement for purchase of water treatment chemicals (precipitants and polymer) for chemical cleansing of sewage water at 8 sewage treatment plants connected to the operation assistance in Follo. The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one precipitant, only, polymer, only, or both. The tenderers must submit tenders for all sewage treatment plants.
