After the optical sorting installations were delivered in 2009/2012, EGE has not had a contract party who can see to the service and maintenance of the walking floor. The system that was delivered to HA in 2012 has had very heavy wear due to a lack of maintenance and more comprehensive use than what the installation was dimensioned for.
