The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Finance and Management Division, the Procurement Section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of sexual aids.
The purpose of the procurement is:
— to establish an assortment of sexual aids, with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the relevant users.

Establishment of a framework agreements for the procurement of sexual aids, accessories and spare parts. The contract shall be valid for 2 years from 1.10.2017. The contracting authority has an option for an extension(s) for all or parts of the agreement for up to two years. The contest comprises 11 independent items/contests. Framework agreement for the procurement of sexual aids.
The framework agreement is for two years with an option for award authority to prolong all or parts of the agreement for up to a total of two years.
The contest comprises ten individual lots. Award authority will enter into agreements with one supplier per lot.
