The University Hospital of North Norway (UNN) aims to procure instruments and reagents for the isolation of genomic DNA and RNA from whole blood, cells and tissues. DNA and RNA shall be used in downstream molecular genetic analyses such as MLPA, NGS, SNP array, etc. The instrument shall isolate approx. 2 000 DNA samples and approx. 100 RNA samples per annum.
