Procurement of ice breaker stand-by and ice breaking for the winter season, Drammensfjorden, Moss and Halden. The procurement is a framework agreement for one year, with an option for one year at a time, to a total of 5 years (1+1+1+1+1 year). A call-off will be for one season, the contract period will be from 1 January to 15 March, unless otherwise agreed. The first season is 2018 for Moss and Drammensfjorden and 2019 for Halden.
