Framework agreement for architectural services (Universitetet i Oslo)
The agreement shall cover the University's continuous need for architectural services, designing and supervision in accordance with NS 8402. The age of the buildings, new laws and regulations, requirements for health, environment and safety and new function requirements lead to an extensive need for replacements and upgrades.
