2021-03-23Service Supply Agreement for Sofienberghjemmet (Oslo kommune v/Sykehjemsetaten)
The agreement concerns the operation of Sofienberghjemmet [Sofienberg nursing home] with a total of 85 long term places and 14 day centre places. The long term places are divided into 68 ordinary long term places and 17 sheltered long term places.
The agreement shall be implemented as a business transfer with the provisions in accordance with the Working Environment Act chapter 16. Sofienberghjemmet is currently subject to a Master Collective Agreement that expires 30 April 2022.
