Havforskningsinstituttet [the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research] (the contracting authority) wants to hire a vessel, 18 m - 25 m length, as a base for sampling at fish processing plants on the stretch Helgeland - Varanger. The scope is approx. 180 days per year, following a specific mission plan, in the period 2022-2023, with the contracting authority's option for two years (2024-2025). The vessel will function as a means of transport, lodging and workplace for this activity.
