The Contracting Authority shall collect tenders for the delivery of tradesman services and materials for the execution of maintenance on the Contracting Authority's buildings. The disciplines for which tenders are requested are carpenter, mason, tiler, painter, interior plumbing and electrical work. There are approximately 40 entities that shall utilise the agreement, and a typical assignment will be from 1 500 NOK to 20 000 NOK excluding VAT. The carpentry services are an agreement area where the scope varies from year to years as the requirement for upgrading, renovation and repairs is fluctuating.
