The tenderer(s) shall enter into an agreement, in accordance with the Framework Agreement, that shall cover the Contracting Authority’s need for ADR and IMDG control/approval and the need that the Contracting Authority is unable to cover by using own resources. The agreement includes maintenance, repair and modification of mobile fuel tanks (tank carriers) and any mobile tanks/carriers as well as other spare parts/consumables/components thereof.
