UiB (the University of Bergen) wants to maintain and increase the financing from external sources, including from the EU program and Forskningsrådet (the Research Council of Norway). For this purpose, UiB wants to offer their employees relevant training, for e.g. connected to application writing, interview training, and assistance in the application process.
