The Norwegian Parliament Administration intends to enter into agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of physical electricity to the Norwegian Parliament’s buildings, and to the Norwegian Parliament’s commuter apartments in Oslo and a cottage at Gol. The combined annual electricity consumption is estimated to be approx. 8 GWh/year.

The Royal Household would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of electricity at spot price (Nord Pool spot), with a fixed mark-up throughout the entire lifetime of the contract per kilowatt hour. The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for electricity at the Royal Properties, including the Royal Palace, Oscarshall Palace, and Bygdøy Kongsgård, etc.

2019-10-09FrR00801 — Management and Procurement of Electric Power (Forsvarsbygg)
The assignment includes management of the contracting authority's power portfolio during the contract period.
The contracting authority is not a clearing customer on Nord Pool. The service provider must therefore operate under their own name on Nord Pool, and thereby act as the power supplier for the contracting authority, the service provider must thus have a distribution license.
The contracting authority's previous power consumption is approx. 550 Gwh/year.

The contract mainly consists of electricity supply for Oslo Municipality´s entities, except electricity that is included in rent contracts. The contract also includes access to a energy supply system as well as invoicing administration through reception and payment of invoices from grid owners, and further invoicing of joint invoices to Oslo municipality's businesses.
