The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement involving delivery of alcometers and accessories. These are screening instruments which indicate whether or not a person has alcohol in the exhalation and to what degree. The Awarding Authority shall also enter into a framework agreement for delivery of mouthpieces for the existing instruments (Dräger 6810) as these are being gradually replaced.
