The project “I trygge hender 24-7” (“In safe hands 24-7") shall contribute to reducing patient injuries by using goal-oriented measures for the entire health care services. The project has three paramount goals:
— reduce patient injuries,
— establish permanent structures for the safety of patients,
— improve the structure for the safety of patients in the health care service.
This requires assistance for three main areas:
— methodology support,
— strategic development support,
— training programmes.

2012-03-30Framework agreement, media training (Skatteetaten)
The objective of the procurement is to ensure the Norwegian tax administration, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, access to professionals in media training. The requirement involves courses in general media training for the Awarding Authority’s managers and other employees which shall appear in the media.
