The existing buildings in Øivinds vei 2 (approx. 6 000 m² gross area) are currently not in use. The buildings shall be demolished and replaced by a new Omsorg+ [Sheltered accommodation] with approx. 88 flats, with accompanying service functions, such as e.g. hair dressers, physiotherapists, pedicurists, exercising rooms, etc. (approx. 8 500 m² gross area).
