The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement for joinery and carpentry installation works, mainly:
— Repairs/replacement of facades.
— Demolition/construction of internal walls.
— Demolition/construction of ceilings and floors.
— Sound and post-insulation works for ceilings, floors and walls.
— Repairs/replacement of doors and windows made of wood and steel.
— Improvements due to fire protection measures, fire, and vandalism measures, as well as any new regulation requirements.
